How does the support service work?

We can assist you as much or as little as you need.

We can answer your queries on an ‘as required basis’ or take care of your bookkeeping on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis under a fixed fee or hourly rate arrangement. We will provide you with regular financial reports on the performance of your business and ensure you meet your compliance obligations.

Whether it be a question about how to enter a new capital purchase or how to set up a new employee for payroll – we will be there to support you.

Can you fix problems in my Xero file?

Yes we sure can. Firstly, we would recommend conducting a Xero Health Check to identify the issues that need to be addressed. From there, we would provide a quotation on what is required to clean up the Xero file or the training and support so that you can fix the issues yourself. Problem solved!

Xero Subscription

Will you manage my Xero subscription?

Yes we can do, if you would like, or you can manage your own. It is up to you.

You will receive an appealing discount if your subscription is managed through Diverse.

What if I don’t have a Xero subscription yet?

If you don’t have a Xero subscription as yet – do not fret. We can set you up on Xero and you will receive a discount by purchasing your subscription through Diverse.

How long does it take to receive a response to my questions?

We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours during business hours.

Fixed fee packages versus hourly rate

We offer a range of fixed fee packages as well as hourly rate engagement options.

We are all about setting you up with an arrangement that best suits your business. What we won’t do is surprise you with large bills.
