SARAH PARKINSON, DIRECTOR

“I have owned and operated small businesses since I was 21 years old.”
Sarah brings to the Diverse Business team a breadth of experience as a small business owner and operator. Since 2004, Sarah has operated her own businesses in both the service and product sectors in Brisbane. In 2012, Sarah sold the Brisbane fresh food business she established, employing more than 15 staff.
Equipped with technical skills and hands-on business management experience, Sarah knows what it is like to manage a small business and has learnt good financial management from the ground up. Now a certified bookkeeper equipped with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Integrated Marketing, Sarah has developed a passion for cloud bookkeeping systems and apps.
“Today I enjoy practicing what I preach. I have three young children and I have built a systemised cloud business which gives me the flexibility to be there for my family while kicking business goals.
I love bringing sanity and structure to the lives of small business owners and ultimately to help them gear their businesses for growth and lifestyle. Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know, so speaking to an expert can make the world of difference.”
