Diverse and Back to Business (B2B) Bookkeeping merge in New South Wales
We are thrilled to announce that Diverse has merged with Back to Business (B2B) Bookkeeping in Sydney.
B2B led by Stephanie Clunies-Ross has been providing high quality cloud bookkeeping services with a team of five for more than seven years.
The merge occurred in February with Back to Business rebranding to operate under the Diverse banner.
“Under the Diverse banner we will continue to provide professional services to our existing clients whilst growing and expanding our business base and opportunities,” said Stephanie.
Diverse is excited to expand our capabilities with the addition of the skills and experience of Stephanie and the B2B expert team. It also means that Diverse now has a physical presence in New South Wales with team members based in Sydney.
“We had been looking to increase our footprint nationally and felt that the opportunity to work with B2B presented a great union of companies with similar approaches to cloud bookkeeping and core values,” said Sarah, Director of Diverse.
Stephanie has over 30 years of experience in financial management and administration across a breadth of industries and she is an expert with knowledge of all aspects of bookkeeping, business financials and processes.
“I have supported many clients in understanding how to effectively set up a small business and integrate this with accounting systems to improve efficiencies and regulatory compliance, I achieved this by focussing on removing stressors with implementation of financial and operational business processes,” said Stephanie.
Today, Diverse boasts a team of more than 20 expert cloud bookkeepers which is being overseen by three BAS Agents.
